PASADENA, Calif. -- Piers Morgan has branded Jerry Seinfeld's recent remarks about the royal wedding as a case of the comedian simply being "jealous."

"He's just jealous because he doesn't have a royal family in this country. He wants one," Piers told Access Hollywood on Friday, at NBC Universal's Summer Press Day after the "America's Got Talent" panel, when asked about Jerry's reported remarks to the UK's "Daybreak" program, where he branded the big event a "circus."
